A 73-year-old Queensbury man is accused of bringing narcotics into the correctional facility. WRGB reports an investigation determined that Keith D. Powell brought narcotics into Washington County Jail during his visit there on Wednesday. He’s charged with Promoting Prison Contraband and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.

At least four thousand power outages were reported north of Glen Falls Wednesday night, according to National Grid. As of 10:42 PM, many of the outages were concentrated on the western shores of Lake George. WRGB reports the outages were reported after thunderstorms moved through the area.
