A 73-year-old Queensbury man is accused of bringing narcotics into the correctional facility. WRGB reports an investigation determined that Keith D. Powell brought narcotics into Washington County Jail during his visit there on Wednesday. He’s charged with Promoting Prison Contraband and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
