Hi, I’m Tracy, a Lake George High School alum ~ go Warriors! ~ who returned to upstate New York in 2006 when my husband accepted a position in Albany.
After more than a decade in the event management field planning high profile events for organizations such as the National Association of Broadcasters and NBC Universal, the passing of my father inspired me to explore a career in broadcasting. (Dad always said that I reminded him of Katie Couric.)
I have since worked as both a radio news anchor and reporter for WGY in Latham; an associate producer / multi-media journalist for News 10 ABC in Albany; and co-host of The River Morning Show on WRVE in Latham.
Though I’ve lived in several places and have traveled all over the world, I consider myself a New Yorker through and through and am pleased to now be raising my own children, Emma and Jack, in the Empire State.
When I took a break from broadcasting during the pandemic to home-school my kids, I rediscovered art. I now teach and sell my art online and drool over new crafting adventures. I am also a wine aficionado who studied wine-making, but really just love to recommend great bottles to family and friends.
Over the years, I have volunteered for many charitable organizations. Cancer, domestic violence, hunger and bullying are some causes near and dear to my heart.
When not running around with my kids, sampling the latest and greatest red, or getting elbow deep in paint, I like to go on nature walks, read and try new things!
